أقام العاملون بالشركة الفرعونية للبترول بحقول بورسعيد حفل لتكريم المهندس حسن عبادي رئيس مجلس الإدارة وذلك بمناسبة بلوغه الستون نهاية هذا الأسبوع.
حضر الخفل المهندس حسين فرغلي مساعد رئيس الشركة للعمليات والمهندس اسامه عبدالصبور المدير العام الأجنبي والمهندس محمد الدراوي مساعد رئيس بتروجت للفرع الشرقي ، ومدير الحقول ومدير المشروعات ومدير السلامة ورئيس اللجنة النقابية والأمن وعمدة المنطقة المجاورة وقيادات من شركات صان مصر وbp وعدد كبير من العاملين بالشركة والشركات التي تعمل داخل الشركة الفرعونية .
وقد شهد الحفل احتفاء كبير من جانب العاملين بالحقول واختلطت دموع الوداع بفرحة اللقاء الذي لم يخلو من كلمات صادقة خرجت من قلوب كافة الحضور قبل افواههم .
كما حضر الحفل عثمان علام رئيس تحرير المستقبل البترولي وخالد النجار مدير تحرير الأخبار ويونس عبدالعزيز .

Main Achievements & Responsibilities
Motivate and encourage the people to behave and work safely and to honor their Company and Country.
Manage Company production to deliver 600mmscfd sales gas and 11000 barrel condensate from Hapy, Taurt & Atoll subsea wells in addition to offshore platforms Hapy, Akhen & Seth through onshore via 30” & 20” pipelines to onshore gas processing plant facilities.
Manage subsurface and operations to optimize production by controlling the wells water and sand.
Manage more than 1000 people in different disciplines in the Company as staff and contractors.
Apply HSE management system and leadership to achieve 18.5 million safe hours since early 2015 until now.
Encourage Maintenance team to operate and maintain the gas turbines and gas compressors releasing vendors permanent stay; also encourage the maintenance team to replace dry gas seal and bundle by themselves without vendor support.
Manage workover to produce from wells Ha’py-8 and Ha’py-13.
Cost optimization by chemical injection dossing efficiency.
Train and encourage maintenance team to minimize the inventory
and minimize the unused spare parts by applying the minimum and maximum.

Managed the execution of Atoll high pressure high temperature
subsea wells project activities such as drilling and completion in Oligocene. Managed the engineering, ITT, specs, procurement, fabrication and installation of subsea X-mass tree, 20” pipeline, PLET’s, PLEM, spools, subsea HIPPS modules, wet gas meters, umbilical from onshore to subsea field with 111 km length, UTA, SDA, flying leads, subsea control system and onshore facilities to include hydraulic system, MEG & methanol injection skids, Meg recovery system, power module including medium voltage and low voltage switchgears, gas and diesel generators, DCS/ESD/F&G systems, condensate stabilization package, tanks and flash gas compressors. Holding steering committee meetings with suppliers and contractors on regular basis; the project achieved first gas producing 300mmscfd and 10,000 barrels condensate on December 2nd, 2017 ahead of schedule by 7 months compared to the planned schedule date while saving around 30% of the planned budget (project budget US$1.3 billion).
Managed the execution of the West Harbor Expansion project to increase the plant’s capacity to 650mmscfd by installing new flare and blow down system, third compression train Solar/Man-turbo, new DCS/ESD/F&G systems, plant security CCTV and installing new bypass pipeline for West Harbor onshore gas plant to divert production to sister Company (Petrobel) during long shutdowns. Project budget was US$260 million and completed in Q 1, 2016.
Managed projects and operations teams for the execution of the East Nile Delta Development Project Phase-3 comprising the development of two subsea wells at a depth of 110 meters including drilling activities, engineering, fabrication and installing of 20” pipeline, umbilical, subsea trees and HIPPS module with foundation, wells put on production at a rate of 120mmscfd. Project budget was US$300 million. Project completed in Q3 2016.
